Limited Edition of 27 Pieces for the USA

The special edition carries the description "D. H. Craig USA." The same name was engraved on the exquisite Jones 2N Pattern H caliber. This was a tribute by Jones to his uncle Daniel Hastings Craig, a successful businessman and role model who probably also offered financial support when his nephew established his Swiss watchmaking company. As part of the launch of the special edition, IWC will also restore a historic street clock in New York City together with the organization Save America's Clocks and display a small special exhibition in the IWC boutiques in New York and Los Angeles.
The Portugieser Tourbillon Hand-Wound Edition "D. H. Craig USA" (Ref. IW546306) is limited to 27 timepieces a number that stands for the age of Jones when he founded IWC in Schaffhausen.
