Voltaire founded Manufacture Royale over 245 years ago in 1770. This steampunk-inspired tourbillon, the Androgyne Royale, is their latest in-house creation.
The case, in stainless steel or grey PVD steel, measures 43mm x 10.2mm. It has double sapphire crystals. The case is comprised of 52 parts and has flexible lugs to ensure a precise wrist fit.
Movement is a Swiss manual-wind in-house caliber with 15 jewels, 21,600 vph and a power reserve of 108 hours.It has a hand decorated plate in black ruthenium treated brass with sanded finishing. Hand-finished polished chamfers. Bridges in blue or grey PVD treated brass with sanded finishing. The flying tourbillon has a silicon escape wheel and pallet fork with a ceramic ball bearing.
It comes on a blue or grey alligator leather band with hand-rolled edges and a hand polished steel buckle.
