Cage Holding is pleased to announce the appointment of Denis Giguet as CEO of its watch division, composed of Manufacture Contemporaine du Temps S.A. (MCT), along with its movement development and assembly companies DIGITALE S.A. and MCH S.A.
Denis Giguet has spent the past 20 years working with the biggest names in the industry. After six years at Rolex, he headed the industrial division at Harry Winston for six years, and subsequently the watch division of Van Cleef & Arpels over the past four years. Denis Giguet is also the founder of MCT, overseeing its development between 2007 and 2011.
"Denis Giguet is a product-focused individual gifted with a keen intelligence and who has acquired considerable industrial experience", said Flavio Santi, General Manager Cage Holding. "His arrival at the head of our watch division will enable us to accelerate its consolidation and to continue rolling back our technical and creative limits."
For Denis Giguet, this new step enables him to continue the fascinating adventure that began with the founding of MCT. "Since taking over the Manufacture in 2012, Cage Holding has developed a powerful watch division around it, bringing together the finest specialists. By entrusting me with the management of this division, Cage Holding is providing me with a magnificent R&D-driven industrial facility for building the future."

Denis Giguet will take up his duties on May 2nd 2016.
