The case, in 18kt white gold, measures 21.5mm x 8.2mm. It has a diamond set bezel (0.5 carats). It has double sapphire crystals and it is water resistant to 30 meters.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Blancpain caliber 6150 with 29 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 40 hours. The movement measures 15.7mm wide and is one of the smallest in the world. It is equipped with a silicon balance-spring and a platinum rotor.
The dial is white mother-of-pearl marquetry set with rubies and diamonds. Symbolising love at first sight, a heart pierced by an arrow enhances the watch at 6 o'clock. This removable white gold charm features a ruby heart and and a diamond arrow. First launched at Baselworld 2015, Blancpain charms were specially created for the Ladybird and can be easily attached at 12 or 6 o'clock according owners wishes.
It comes on an 11mm white calfskin strap with an 18kt white gold buckle.
