The case, in 18kt white gold, measures 42mm x 12.4mm. It has double sapphire crystals and it is water resistant to 50 meters. it features a concave bezel with knurled edge.
Movement is the German manual wind G.O. in-house caliber 58-03 with 58 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 44 hours. It is finely finished, with a Glashütte three-quarter plate silver plated by friction and subsequently rose gold plated. Screw-mounted gold chatons, polished and bevelled steel parts and a hand-engraved balance cock. German chronometer certification. Functions are: hours, minutes and small seconds, day/night indicator, running time indication, and Panorama Date.
This movement features a refined second-stop mechanism: when the crown is pulled out, the time display stops and the seconds hand is reset to zero and held there; simultaneously the minute hand advances to the next full minute index. When one then turns the crown to set the time of day, the hand jumps from one minute index to the next thus ensuring that the correct relationship between seconds and minutes is maintained.
Solid gold dial, silver-plated by friction, with Roman numerals and railroad chapter. Pear-shaped blued steel hands. Small seconds is positioned at 6 o'clock, the running time display at 12 o'clock, with the Panorama Date located at 3 o'clock. Discreet day/night indication located in a round opening within the running time display: from 6 o'clock in the morning until 6 in the evening the small circle appears in white, from 6 p.m. on in black.
It comes on a dark blue Louisiana alligator leather strap with an 18kt white gold folding clasp.
