The Dual Time Resonance Sapphire by Armin Strom is a horological masterpiece: a chef d'œuvre combining the practicality of two completely independent time indications with the increased precision of two independent movements in resonance. These independent movements enable the Dual Time Resonance Sapphire to indicate GMT, a second timezone, or function as a timer or countdown. Completing the indications are independent power reserve indicators and a 24-hour indication serving both displays.
The CSEM (Centre Suisse d'Electronique et de Microtechnique) has officially certified Armin Strom's Resonance Clutch Spring system as being a true system in resonance. Armin Strom's laboratory testing has revealed gains in precision of 15-20% for two COSC-certified chronometer-level regulated movements placed in resonance.

The case, in sapphire, measures 59mm x 43.4mm x 13mm. It is water resistant to 50 meters.
Movement is the Swiss manual-wind Armin Strom in-house caliber ARF17 with 70 jewels, 25,200 vph and a power reserve of 220 hours. It features a patented resonance clutch spring, dual off-center time indications, and four mainspring barrels. the base plate and bridges are decorated to the highest quality level.
It has a hand guilloche dial in blue with polished steel hands. Indications: Movement 1 - hours, minutes, 24-hour indicator, power reserve indicator; Movement 2 - hours, minutes, power reserve indicator.
It comes on a blue alligator leather strap with a steel double-folding clasp.
