The case, in 18kt rose gold, measures 42mm. It has double sapphire crystals and it is water resistant to 30 meters. A single crown is used both to wind the movement and to set the dual timezones and minutes.
Movement is a Swiss manual-wind caliber by Agenhor (Atelier Genevois d'Horlogerie), developed exclusively for Van Cleef & Arpels with a power reserve of 48 hours. Functions are: jumping hours, retrograde minutes, and dual timezone
The black galvanic brass dial has a stamped sun motif. The Heure d'Ici the reference hour displayed in the window at the top of the dial and the Heure d'Ailleurs, corresponding to the second timezone indicated in the lower window, jump simultaneously thanks to a single sector that synchronizes both hour disks with the minutes' retrograde hand. When the latter reaches 60 minutes on the graduated scale, it returns to its starting position in perfect synchronization with the hour display.
It comes on a black alligator leather strap with an 18kt rose gold folding clasp.
