The vibrant colors adorning the Premier Precious Butterfly timepieces are created using the fragile, yet extraordinarily iridescent, powder found on butterfly wings.
Harry Winston designers successfully harvested and expertly placed this delicate powder on each of its dials, a technique that required three years of creative reflection and development.
Technical Specifications:
The case, in 18kt white or rose gold, measures 36mm x 8.4mm. It has double sapphire crystals and it is water resistant to 30 meters. It is set with 57 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 2.32 carats).
Movement is the Swiss automatic Harry Winston caliber HW2008 with 28 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 42 hours. It has a flat silicon balance spring, it is rhodium plated, with circular graining and with Côtes de Genève finishing.
Dial variations include: "Chrysiridia Madagascariensis", "Chrysiridia Madagascariensis", "Adelpha Lara" and "Agrias claudina lugens".
The straps come in black, burgundy, brown or champagne satin with matching gold ardillon buckles set with diamonds.
