Limited Edition of 1,616 Pieces
The HyperChrome 1616 is Rado's modern interpretation of its vintage Cape Horn collection, first launched in the late 1960s. The name is taken from the year (1616) in which Cape Horn was discovered.
The case, in titanium, measures 46mm x 45.5mm x 13.7mm. It has a box-shaped AR-coated sapphire crystal and it is water resistant to 100 meters.
Movement is the Swiss automatic ETA caliber C07.621 with 25 jewels, 21,600 vph and a power reserve of 80 hours.
The blue dial has rhodiumed applied indeces, large moving anchor symbol with red background. White printed Rado and Automatic logos. Rhodiumed hands with white SuperLumiNova.
It comes on a brown vintage leather strap with a hardened steel extensible folding clasp.
