Oris has announced the new Oris Aquis Date, a fresh interpretation of their high-performance diver's watch.
The horns and the bracelet are now thinner, giving the case and the whole watch a more slender profile. The hands and indices have been redesigned to look bolder and sharper, and the screw-in security crown and crown protectors have been refined to give the watch a sleeker silhouette. The bezel inlay is made of black, scratch- and faderesistant ceramic, and the dial now proudly carries the Aquis name.

Technical Specifications:
The case, in stainless steel, measures 43.5mm. It has a uni-directional rotating bezel with black ceramic inlay with 60-minute timer and zero marker filled with SuperLumiNova, a domed AR-coated sapphire crystal, a mineral display back, and it is water resistant to 300 meters.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Oris caliber 733 (base Sellita SW 200-1) with 26 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 38 hours.
It has a blue or black dial with applied indices filled with SuperLumiNova. Nickel hour and minute hands filled with SuperLumiNova. Nickel second hand with 'lollipop' insert filled with SuperLumiNova.
It comes on a blue or black rubber strap with Oris-developed safety anchor and quick-adjust, sliding-sledge folding clasp with extension, or dark brown leather strap with sliding-sledge folding clasp with extension. Also available with a stainless steel bracelet with extension.
MSRP is 1,750 Swiss Francs for the strap/rubber version, and 1,950 Swiss Francs for the stainless steel bracelet version.
